451 Boot Hatch Switch

There are 3 issues that plague the 451 boot switch/lever mechanism. Either a plastic hinge pin snaps, the plastic tab that operates the actual switch snaps (see a pattern forming) or the microswitch fails internally.

People have 3D printed new handles, fitted new switches and even bodged in different switches (yeah ok I have done all of these) but now you don’t have to. You can just buy an entire replacement unit which saves a lot of messing about.
